Switch to DSA Solidarity Dues today! Our 2023 convention passed a resolution asking members to opt into Solidarity Income-Based Dues, pledging 1% of their income to DSA. This is common in working-class organizations like unions, and helps ensure we have the collective, democratic power to grow sustainably for years to come. The best thing you can do to help in this effort is to switch to Solidarity Dues yourself, if possible, and encourage others in the org to do the same.

We have an event to invite you to… The NTC is excited to release OpenSlides for general availability across DSA! To celebrate, we want to host a social event with all of DSA on OpenSlides itself! Join the NTC for a “Mock Chapter”, where we’ll run through a totally fake “chapter” meeting on OpenSlides. We’ll make sure you’re familiar with both running and using the platform, and you’ll help us get user feedback on how we can best configure and document OpenSlides to be as member-friendly as possible.

After the NTC was given stewardship of the Discussion Forum in the beginning of September, the committee immediately announced a Maintenance window scheduled for the morning of October 1 to begin the three years of maintenance updates the forum was behind on. This process involved tasks ranging from server maintenance, application updates, and configuration of the initial new features on the Discussion Forum. These updates have transformed the platform!
